Thomas had the opportunity at his father’s company at the young age of 16 years old, back then starting off with website design - learning html, css, and eventually coldfusion and javascript. For years, Thomas worked part time with the coder team at his company through high school and collegeAfter years working part time throughout high school summers and college, Thomas ended up returning to his elementary school with a job offer at Westminster School - where he found a passion for teaching, as well as for design and marketing for the school. This is where his design and marketing skills really took off leading the creation of a custom coded and redesigned website for the school. He also worked was a camera man, videographer, ran the booth for plays, created slideshows for the projector for events. The gig at Westminster was truly multipurpose.

Thomas finds his stride in having multiple roles, and after 3 enjoyable years at Westminster, he came back to FWM with the intent of bringing more to the table, learning more, and developing his skills in content creation. This then spawned the World of Marketing Podcast in an attempt to rejuvenate the aging monthly webinars. He built the studio from scratch, capable of live streaming and all. The podcast grew to become a staple of the company.
In the years since Thomas developed a skill for Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects. In expanding on video editing, he found a role long unfulfilled at the company in video production, as well as some office admin duties.

Thomas lives in Virginia and is happy to live so close to his family, especially his younger siblings Maddie and Luke, his 4-year-old niece Mimi, and his brand-new niece Stella. Whether it's coaching Luke’s flag football team or driving Maddie to Starbucks, quality time is what gives him meaning in life.
Thomas stays close with his nephew Ford, who lives on the other side of the country, and he spent a year living in Colorado with his best friend Reese. He also has a cat named Momo and affectionately tells us that she’s “the most spoiled cat upon this Earth, as her meows would reflect.”
Thomas is now looking to find his stride in design, wherever needed. Content creation has become his passion and in his years of experience, is ready for a place where he can help a company show its authenticity and capacity to grow through an online presence.
